"新三化"协同与实体经济发展:概念内涵、协同逻辑与提升路径OA

[Research purpose]The real economy serves as the foundation of national economic development and the core of wealth creation.Promoting the smart,green,and integrated development(hereafter referred to as the"New Three Transformations")of the real economy represents the core orientation and strategic path for its high-quality development.This paper aims to systematically define the conceptual connotation of the"New Three Transformations",reveal the synergistic logic among them,and explore the promotion paths through which they empower the high-quality development of the real economy,so as to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for building a modernized industrial system.[Research method]By combining theoretical analysis and logical deduction,this paper constructs a synergistic analysis framework of"technology empowerment—value orientation—carrier support"on the basis of defining the respective connotations of smart,green and integrated development.It systematically explains their interactive mechanisms of mutual support,value superposition and dynamic circulation,and extracts promotion paths combined with industrial practice.[Research conclusion]The study finds that smart development is the inevitable path for the high-quality development of the real economy,green development is the fundamental principle,and integrated development is the core link.The three dimensions form a deep synergistic relationship through technology empowerment,value orientation and carrier support,which achieves the coordinated improvement of economic and ecological benefits,the overall optimization of industrial structure and spatial layout,as well as the continuous enhancement of technological innovation and industrial resilience.On this basis,practical paths to promote the synergy of the"New Three Transformations"are proposed from the perspectives of top-level design,technological breakthroughs,industrial integration,stakeholder coordination,factor support and international cooperation,providing useful references for the high-quality development of China's real economy and the construction of a modernized industrial system.
