企业科技创新的历史逻辑、范式演化与前沿趋向OA

[Research purpose]Based on the strategic deployment of strengthening the principal role of enterprises in scientific and technological innovation,this study systematically reviews the evolution and inherent logic of global enterprises'technological innovation,synthesizes and extracts typical models and practical pathways for enterprises to conduct scientific and technological innovation,and forecasts future development trends,so as to provide theoretical support and practical references for further strengthening the principal role of enterprises in technological innovation and improving innovation efficiency.[Research method]Within a three-dimensional analytical framework of"context-pattern-trend",this study systematically elucidates the theoretical connotations and practical experiences of enterprise technological innovation.First,historical analysis is employed to trace the iterative evolution of enterprise technological innovation from mechanization and digitalization to intelligence.Second,comparative analysis is used to examine the internal logic and applicable scenarios of five typical innovation modes:independent inventors,in-house independent innovation of enterprises,industry-university-research collaborative innovation,mergers and acquisitions(M&A)-driven innovation,and open innovation.Third,the case analysis method is adopted;based on innovation practices of leading enterprises worldwide,an integrated forward-looking analysis is conducted to summarize patterns and predict future directions.[Research conclusion]The research results indicate that the five modes of enterprise technological innovation coexist in a complementary pattern.Future trends point toward four major strategic shifts:First,an AI-driven smart innovation ecosystems are accelerating in formation and iteration;Second,the deep integration of industry,academia,research and application,making multi-actor,cross-domain and cross-boundary collaborative innovation the mainstream;Third,the empowered upgrading of business ecosystems,continuously reshaping in-house independent innovation and M&A-driven innovation;Fourth,a greater emphasis on the strategic coordination between current capabilities and future competencies,with the"corporate innovation headquarters"centered on an intelligent hub playing an increasingly prominent role in top-level design and overall coordination.
