中建国际总部项目中17层至屋面的5层通高无柱采用大尺度单索转角幕墙结构,涉及超长悬挑、拉索弹性边界支承、混凝土竖向构件受拉等结构设计难题.为此,采用数值模拟方法,对索承幕墙支承边界结构选型、混凝土竖向构件拉应力的响应与平衡、支承边界与拉索结构协同作用、混凝土收缩徐变的影响等关键技术开展研究.结果表明:筒顶点承桁架方案能显著减轻支座处混凝土的损伤,降低施工难度和建设成本;采用缓黏结预应力技术和支承柱中配置型钢可有效降低混凝土竖向构件内的拉应力;幕墙拉索的非线性特征对主体结构地震响应影响显著,基于带索整体模型的时程分析进行抗震设计是必要的;混凝土的收缩徐变对索承幕墙受力性能影响较大,使用阶段应重视索力监测.

For the large-scale corner-configured single-cable curtain wall structure in the 5-story atrium space without columns from the 17th floor to the roof of the CSCEC International Headquarters project,several structural design challenges were encountered,including ultra-long overhangs,elastic boundary supports of cables,and tensile stresses in vertical concrete components.To address these issues,a systematic simulation study was conducted,focusing on key technical aspects such as selection of supporting boundary structures for the cable-supported curtain wall,response and balance of tensile stresses in concrete vertical members,synergistic interaction between supporting boundaries and cable structures,and the effects of concrete shrinkage and creep.The results indicate that tube-top point-supported truss scheme significantly reduces concrete damage at the supports while lowering construction difficulty and costs.The application of retard-bonded prestressing technology and the incorporation of steel in supporting columns effectively mitigate tensile stresses in concrete vertical members.The nonlinear behavior of the curtain wall cables considerably influences the seismic response of the main structure,indicating that seismic design should be based on time-history analysis of an integrated structural model including the cables.Concrete shrinkage and creep exert a substantial impact on the cable-supported curtain wall,highlighting the importance of monitoring cable forces during the service phase.
