基于人工智能与增强现实的个性化视频认知训练干预对Alzheimer's病患者认知行为症状的影响OA
Effects of personalized video cognition training based on artificial intelligence and augmented reality on cognitive behavior symptoms in patients with Alzheimer's disease
目的 探讨基于人工智能(AI)与增强现实(AR)的个性化视频认知训练干预对Alzheimer's病患者认知行为症状的影响效果.方法 本研究为前瞻性随机对照研究.随机选取 2024 年 1 月至 2025 年 1月在广元市中医院诊治的100 例Alzheimer's病患者,采用随机数表法将患者分为参照组(n=50,常规干预)和AI-AR组(n=50,在参照组基础上联合AI与AR的个性化视频认知训练干预),均持续干预 3 个月.于干预前、干预1 个月后和干预3 个月后分别评估患者认知功能、日常生活能力和睡眠质量情况,记录两组干预过程中的不良事件发生情况.结果 两组干预1 个月和3 个月后MMSE和蒙特利尔认知量表、日常生活能力量表评分均较干预前提高,且AI-AR组评分更高;而匹兹堡睡眠质量指数均较干预前降低,且AI-AR组评分更低(均P<0.05).干预3 个月后,AI-AR组生活质量测定量表各维度评分均较高于参照组(均P<0.05).AI-AR组不良事件发生率(6%)与参照组(10%)比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.136,P=0.712).结论 基于AI与AR的个性化视频认知训练干预对Alzheimer's病患者认知行为症状改善具有较好干预效果,可以提高患者自理能力和生活质量.
Objective To explore the effects of personalized video cognition training based on artificial intelligence(AI)and augmented reality(AR)on cognitive behavior symptoms in patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods In a prospective randomized controlled study,100 patients with Alzheimer's disease treated in Guangyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly enrolled between January 2024 and January 2025.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=50,routine intervention)and AI-AR group(n=50,personalized video cognition training based on AI and AR on basis of control group).All patients were intervened for 3 months.Before intervention,after 1 month and 3 months of intervention,cognitive function,activities of daily living and sleep quality were evaluated.The occurrence of adverse events during intervention was recorded.Results After 1 month and 3 months of intervention,both groups had higher scores on the MMSE,Montreal cognitive assessment and activity of daily living scale than before the intervention,and the scores were higher in the AI-AR group;while both groups had lower scores on the Pittsburgh sleep quality index than before the intervention,and the scores were lower in the AI-AR group(all P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the scores of each dimension quality of life measurement scale of the AI-AR group were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between AI-AR group(6%)and control group(10%)(χ2=0.136,P=0.712).Conclusion The improvement effect of personalized video cognition training based on AI and AR is good on cognitive behavior symptoms in patients with Alzheimer's disease,which can improve self-care ability and quality of life.
