两种叉流式间接蒸发冷却器的(火用)分析比较OA

Exergetic Performance Comparison of Two Cross-Flow Indirect Evaporative Coolers

为了明确叉流式露点间接蒸发冷却器和传统间接蒸发冷却器能量利用特性的差异,建立了间接蒸发冷却器的(火用)分析模型.在预设条件下,计算了两种冷却器的有效输出(火用)、输入(火用)、(火用)损失、(火用)效率,并对计算结果进行了对比分析.结果显示,在输入(火用)相等的情况下,露点间接蒸发冷却器的有效输出(火用)和(火用)效率较传统间接蒸发冷却器分别提高 8.19%、2.5%;两种冷却器的热力性能存在显著差异,露点间接蒸发冷却器的排风(火用)损失大于传统间接蒸发冷却器,但其内部(火用)损失小于传统间接蒸发冷却器.由于两种冷却器的热力性能特点不同,其适用场景因而也不同.

To clarify the disparities in energy utilization between cross-flow dew-point indirect evaporative coolers(IECs)and conventional IECs,an exergy analysis model for IECs was established.Under the designated operating conditions,this model was applied to calculate the specific exergy,specific exergy destruction and ex-ergy efficiency of both humid air and water streams in the two types of IECs,with a subsequent comparative a-nalysis conducted on the calculation results.The results demonstrated that at an equal input exergy,the dew-point IEC achieves an increase of approximately 8.19%in useful output exergy and an improvement of around 2.5%in exergy efficiency compared with that of the conventional IEC.There are significant thermodynamic performance disparities between the two IECs,the dew-point IEC exhibits high exergy destruction in the ex-haust air,its internal exergy destruction is lower,each type of IEC has its own applicable scenarios.
