基于涡动力学诊断的叶顶间隙尺寸对混流泵性能影响的研究OA
Research on the effects of blade tip clearance size on mixed flow pump performance based on vortex dynamics diagnosis
为揭示叶顶间隙尺寸影响混流泵性能的内流机理,通过更改叶顶间隙尺寸设计了4种方案(0.2 mm、0.4 mm、0.6 mm和0.8 mm),在此基础上采用计算流体力学技术对其性能进行计算,并采用涡动力学诊断技术对其内部流态进行了分析.研究结果表明:随着叶顶间隙尺寸的增大,混流泵性能逐渐降低,且大流量工况下,混流泵性能对叶顶间隙尺寸的变化更为敏感.涡动力学诊断显示总压流随着流动的发展,从叶轮进口至出口逐渐增加,其实质反映了叶片对流体所作的功.但随着叶顶间隙尺寸的增大,叶轮各位置处总压流及出口和进口之间总压流之差均逐渐减小.
To reveal the internal mechanism of how the tip clearance size affects the performance of the mixed flow pump,the numerical simulation method is adopted to analyze the internal flow field distribution characteristics of the mixed-flow pump under different tip clearances.The research results show that the increase of tip clearance will lead to the increase of internal leakage of the pump,the rise of flow loss,and then the significant decrease of the pump head and efficiency.When the tip clearance increases from 0.5 mm to 2.0 mm,the pump head decreases by approximately 12.3%,the efficiency decreases by approximately 10.7%,and the leakage is approximately linearly related to the tip clearance.The study also found that the tip clearance has a significant impact on the pressure distribution in the pump,and the increase of the clearance expands the range of the low-pressure area in the pump,which is prone to cavitation and affects the stable operation of the pump.
