近年来,江苏省在水情移动应用服务方面开展了系列探索创新.按照分类分级管理的思路,设计了全省一体化水情移动服务体系.通过搭建通用化与定制化互为补充的弹性功能框架,以及用户组与客户端功能相绑定的精细化权限管理体系,并结合微服务、容器化、智能页面布局模型等技术,实现了"江苏水情"APP客户端和服务端的全面改造.全省一体化移动应用正式上线并稳定运行,并支持通过权限配置即时生成移动应用的地市及其他服务版本.全省水情一体化移动应用实现了框架结构、数据来源与开发管理模式上的全面统一,有效改善了全省水情移动应用分散建设的局面,提升了雨水情信息共建共享能力,并在实践中取得显著应用成效.

In recent years,Jiangsu Province has conducted a series of explorations and innovations in mobile application services for water regime information.Following the idea of classified and hierarchical management,a province-wide integrated water regime mobile service system was designed.By establishing a flexible functional framework that complements generalization and customization,along with a refined permission management system where user groups are bound to client functions,and integrating technologies such as microservices,containerization,and intelligent page layout models,the comprehensive transformation of the"Jiangsu Water Regime"APP client and server was realized.The province-wide integrated water regime mobile application was officially launched and has been operating stably,supporting the immediate generation of municipal-level and other service versions through permission configuration.The province-wide integrated water regime mobile application has achieved full unification in framework structure,data sources,and development management models,effectively improving the fragmented construction situation of water regime mobile applications across the province,enhancing the co-construction and sharing capacity of rainfall and water regime information,and achieving remarkable practical application effects.
