Effects of Citric Acid on Growth Performance,Immune Antioxidant Properties and Muscle Nutrient Composition of Penaeus monodon

为研究饲料中添加柠檬酸对斑节对虾(Penaeus monodon)非洲群体(以下称金刚虾)生长性能、免疫抗氧化性能和肌肉营养成分的影响,选取体质量为(3.36±0.48)g 的金刚虾 900 尾,对照组(G0 组)饲喂基础饲料,实验组分别饲喂添加质量分数为0.1%(G1 组)、0.2%(G2 组)、0.3%(G3组)、0.4%(G4 组)、0.5%(G5 组)柠檬酸的饲料,研究柠檬酸对金刚虾生长性能、免疫抗氧化性能及肌肉营养成分的影响,实验期为49 d.结果表明:1)G1 组金刚虾终末质量、增重率和特定生长率最高,且显著高于 G0 组(P<0.05),饲料系数显著低于 G0 组(P<0.05);2)G1 组 α-淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶活性最高,且显著高于 G0 组(P<0.05);3)G1 组溶菌酶的含量最高,但差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),G1 组碱性磷酸酶活性、酸性磷酸酶活性、总抗氧化能力最高,且显著高于 G0 组(P<0.05);4)各组之间超氧化物歧化酶活性和丙二醛浓度呈负相关,实验组优势显著;5)G1 组呈味氨基酸总量和氨基酸总量的比例最高,均显著高于 G0 组(P<0.05);6)G1 组饱和脂肪酸总量与多不饱和脂肪酸总量最高,且均显著高于 G0 组(P<0.05).因此,在饲料中添加柠檬酸对金刚虾生长性能、生化指标、肌肉成分等有积极影响,且添加量为0.1%的效果最优.

In order to investigate the effects of dietary citric acid(CA)supplementation on growth per-formance,immune antioxidant properties and muscle nutrient composition in an African strain of black tiger shrimp(Penaeus monodon),a total of 900 shrimp(initial body weight(3.36±0.48)g)were selected,and the control group(G0)received a basal diet,while experimental groups(G1-G5)were fed diets supplemented with 0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,and 0.5%CA for 49 days,respectively,and the effects of CA on the growth per-formance,immune antioxidant properties and muscle nutrient composition of Penaeus vannamei were studied.The results indicated:1)The G1 exhibited the highest final body weight,weight gain rate,and specific growth rate,significantly surpassing the G0(P<0.05),along with the lowest feed conversion ratio;2)α-amylase and trypsin activities in G1 were significantly elevated compared to the G0(P<0.05);3)Lysozyme content showed no statistical significance,G1 demonstrated the highest alkaline phosphatase,acid phosphatase and total antioxi-dant capacity(T-AOC),all exceeding the G0(P<0.05);4)A negative correlation between superoxide dis-mutase(SOD)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)concentration was observed across groups,with the CA groups showing superior values;5)G1 displayed the highest proportions of umami-associated amino acids and total amino acids(P<0.05);6)Saturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids in G1 were significantly higher than in the G0(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary CA supplementation at 0.1%optimally enhanced growth,antioxidant capacity and muscle nutritional quality in P.monodon,demonstrating its potential for aqua-culture applications.
