为开发我国白棘三列海胆的养殖资源,本研究对该物种育苗工艺进行改进,观察受精后胚胎及幼体发育过程,同时初步探讨盐度变化对白棘三列海胆受精、胚胎及幼体发育的影响.研究结果如下:1)用人工授精的方式,受精率高达91.4%;胚胎发育过程包括多细胞阶段、囊胚期及原肠期,孵化率为69.2%;幼体经历多次选优,选取1.5×106个棱柱幼体发育至四腕幼体,再选1×106个四腕幼体发育至八腕幼体,整个发育过程持续约50 d,最终培育出变态的稚海胆,完成了白棘三列海胆的人工育苗.2)在盐度30~40 范围内,白棘三列海胆受精率超过 80%,显著高于低盐度条件(P<0.05);盐度 35时受精和孵化表现最佳,盐度低于25 时受精率下降且后续发育受阻,盐度20 条件下不能受精;长腕幼体期适宜盐度为35~40,盐度35 组幼体生长速度优于盐度40 组,但盐度40 组幼体存活率显著高于盐度35 组(P<0.05).

To develop aquaculture resources for Tripneustes gratilla(white-spined sea urchin)in China,this study aimed to improve the breeding process for this species.The fertilization,embryo,and larval development processes were observed,and the effects of salinity changes on fertilization,embryo,and larval development were also preliminarily explored.The results are as follows:1)Through artificial insemination,the fertilization rate reached 91.4%.The embryonic development process included the multicellular stage,blastula stage,and gastrula stage,with a hatching rate of 69.2%.Going through multiple stages of breeding,1.5×106 prism larvae develop into four-arm larva,and 1×106 four-larvae develop into to eight-arm larvae,lasting for approximately 50 days,and finally cultivated the juvenile sea urchins of metamorphosis;2)At salinity levels of 30-40,the fertilization rate of T.gratilla exceeded 80%,significantly higher than that in the low salinity groups(20 and 25)(P<0.05).The best fertilization and hatching performance were observed at 35 salinity.When salinity fell below 25,fertilization rates declined,hindering subsequent development,with no fertilization occurring at 20.The suitable salinity range for the arm larval stage is 35-40;larval growth was better at 35 than at 40,but the survival rate of larvae was sig-nificantly higher at 40 than at 35(P<0.05).In summary,this study systematically observed the developmental process of T.gratilla and explored the effects of salinity on larval development.The data obtained can provide support for artificial breeding and large-scale aquaculture of sea urchins.
