基于异构线圈电磁传感器的滑油磨粒检测方法OA
Detection Method of Lubricating Oil Abrasive Debris Based on Heterogeneous Coil Electromagnetic Sensors
航空发动机油液磨粒状态监测中磨粒传感器检测精度易受内部磁场均匀性影响,提出了一种外置多个激励线圈和内置感应线圈组成的新型异构式电磁传感器.建立了异构线圈传感器的理论模型及有限元模型;探究了内部磁场的分布特点,相同条件下异构线圈内部检测区域的磁场变化幅度仅为传统三线圈结构的19.25%,磁场均匀度优于1%的均匀区域面积达87.46%.实验验证了传感器对同一尺寸的铁磨粒或铜磨粒沿不同径向位置通过时的检测电压值间的偏差分别在3.95%和4.67%以内,对应的当量直径识别误差分别为磨粒真实直径的1.30%和1.53%;磨粒从不同路径经过传感器时所引发的感应信号的相对不确定度σ均小于3.6%;传感器对于铁磨粒和铜磨粒的检出信号均匀度η分别小于0.043 8和0.057 5;对于尺寸250~600 µm的铁磨粒和450~900 µm的铜磨粒的检测线性度分别为4.27%和6.89%.结果表明所提出的新型异构式电磁传感器能为开发高精确性的航空发动机滑油磨粒在线监测系统提供工程应用支撑.
To address the issue of detection accuracy in electromagnetic-based debris sensors for lubricating debris monitoring in aviation engine being affected by the uniformity of the internal magnetic field,a novel heterogeneous electromagnetic sensor composed of multiple external excitation coils and an internal sensing coil was proposed.Theoretical and finite element models of the heterogeneous coil sensor were established.The distribution characteristics of the internal magnetic field were investigated,under the same conditions,the magnitude of the magnetic field variation in the detection area of the heterogeneous coil was only 19.25%of that in a traditional three-coil structure,with a uniformity area exceeding 87.46%at a uniformity level better than 1%.Experimental verified that the deviation in detection voltage values for iron and copper wear particles of the same size passing through different radial positions was within 3.95%and 4.67%,respectively,corresponding to equivalent diameter recognition errors of 1.30%and 1.53%of the actual particle diameter.The relative uncertainty σ of the induced signals when debris passed the sensor along different paths was less than 3.6%.The uniformity η of the detection signals for iron and copper particles was less than 0.043 8 and 0.057 5,respectively.The detection linearity for iron debris of 250-600 µm and copper debris of 450-900 µm was found to be 4.27%and 6.89%respectively.The results indicated that the proposed new heterogeneous electromagnetic sensor can provide engineering support for the development of a high-precision online monitoring system for abrasive debris in aircraft engine lubricants.
