制造业数字化转型对供应链效率的影响研究OACHSSCD

Digital transformation is an essential path for the manufacturing industry to enhance supply chain efficiency and achieve high-quality development.Based on the theoretical framework of dynamic capabilities,this paper adopts the financial data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed manufactur-ing companies from 2014 to 2023,applies the fixed-effects model,and measures supply chain efficiency by constructing a two-dimensional indicator system of inventory turnover days and capacity utilization rate.For the first time,it reveals the transformation effect of the supply chain from"rigidity"to"agili-ty"from the dual perspectives of operational flexibility and production responsiveness.The empirical test finds that the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry significantly improves supply chain operational efficiency through the transmission mechanisms of increasing enterprises' R&D in-vestment intensity and strengthening supply chain stability.The study further reveals the heterogeneity characteristics:the impact of digital transformation on supply chain efficiency is particularly pronounced among large-scale state-owned enterprises,technology-intensive high-tech enterprises,and enterprises in western China with frequent market demand fluctuations.Based on this,this paper puts forward sug-gestions such as formulating differentiated digital transformation strategies and building a support sys-tem that takes into account both hardware and software,so as to provide support for improving supply chain efficiency and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
