基于同轴多谐振荡器标样的屏蔽效能测试系统校准技术研究OA
Calibration Technique for Shielding Effectiveness Test Systems Based on a Coaxial Multivibrator Reference Sample
金属通信电缆三同轴法屏蔽效能测试系统在电磁兼容检测领域应用广泛,然而其量值溯源体系尚不完善,缺乏现行有效的校准规范.为此,提出了一种基于同轴多谐振荡器的高频标准样品整体校准技术.基于三同轴测试系统工作原理,通过设计具有可控强谐振特性的同轴多谐振荡器作为高频标准样品,有效抑制了系统固有分布参数引起的高频振荡.采用电磁场仿真软件对标准样品结构进行参数优化,确定了最佳尺寸组合,实现了通过CST软件仿真计算对标准样品的精确赋值.依据该方案研制的高频标准样品经实验验证,其测量重复性优于0.26 dB,长期稳定性优于0.45 dB,与典型测试系统比对结果的En值小于0.61.该方案解决了屏蔽效能测试系统在高频段的量值溯源问题,可推广应用于0.3~3 GHz频段电缆屏蔽效能测试系统的校准.
The triaxial method for testing the shielding effectiveness of metallic communication cables is widely used in electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)testing.However,its metrological traceability system remains incomplete,and there is currently no effective calibration specification available.To this end,this paper proposed an integrated calibration technique based on a coaxial multivibrator as a high-frequency reference sample.Based on the working principle of the triaxial test system,a coaxial multivibrator with controllable strong resonant characteristics was designed as the high-frequency reference sample,effectively suppressing high-frequency oscillations caused by inherent distributed parameters of the system.Using electromagnetic simulation software,the structure of the reference sample was optimized,and the optimal dimensional combination was determined,enabling precise assignment of the reference sample via CST software simulations.Experimental validation of the developed high-frequency reference sample demonstrated a repeatability error of less than 0.26 dB,long-term stability better than 0.45 dB,and a maximum En value of 0.61 when compared with results from a typical test system.The proposed method resolves the traceability issues of shielding effectiveness testing systems in the high-frequency range and can be extended to calibrate cable shielding effectiveness test systems within the 0.3~3 GHz frequency range.
