The Effects of Integration Mechanisms in Multi-Actor Collaborative Innovation Teams on Collaborative Innovation Performance

文中以多元主体联合创新团队为研究对象,基于扎根理论提炼出资源融通、治理融通、认知融通以及合作创新绩效概念指标,运用系统动力学构建因果反馈模型并开展情景仿真.结果发现:基准情景下,资源融通对合作创新绩效的边际贡献最大,其次为认知融通,而治理融通在短期内呈抑制效应;不同情景中,资金支持和知识协同对绩效的提升作用显著强于人才支持,动态能力的效应大于契约治理.结果表明:联合创新团队绩效提升依赖资源、治理与认知融通的协同作用,应以知识协同为核心优化资源配置,将动态能力建设作为治理重点,并统筹关系嵌入与合作信任培育,以提升创新联合体的合作绩效.

This study examined multi-actor collaborative innovation teams.Drawing on grounded theo-ry,the paper identified four core constructs:resource integration,governance integration,cognitive inte-gration,and collaborative innovation performance.Using a system dynamics approach,the paper devel-oped a causal feedback model and conducted scenario-based simulations.The results showed that,un-der the baseline scenario,resource integration made the largest marginal contribution to collaborative innovation performance,followed by cognitive integration,whereas governance integration had a short-term suppressing effect.Across alternative scenarios,financial support and knowledge collaboration had significantly stronger positive effects on performance than talent support,and the impact of dynamic ca-pability was greater than that of contractual governance.These findings indicate that the performance of collaborative innovation teams depends on the synergistic functioning of resource,governance,and cog-nitive integration.Accordingly,knowledge collaboration should serve as the core driver for optimizing resource allocation.Dynamic capability building should be prioritized within governance mechanisms,and both relational embeddedness and collaborative trust should be strengthened to enhance the cooper-ative effectiveness of innovation consortia.
