Supply Chain Network Structure,Relational Characteristics,and Enterprise Technological Innovation Performance under Digital Transformation

在全球数字化转型浪潮加速演进与企业创新挑战并存的背景下,如何通过优化供应链网络结构释放创新潜力,已成为提升企业核心竞争力的重要议题.研究基于2015-2023年沪深A股上市公司的观测数据,实证分析了供应链网络特征与关系特征对企业技术创新绩效的影响,并探讨了数字化转型的调节机制.研究发现,中介中心性与结构洞丰富度显著促进技术创新绩效;聚类系数与创新绩效呈U型关系;而关系强度则表现出抑制效应.进一步分析发现,数字化转型强化了中介中心性与结构洞丰富度对技术创新的促进作用,并显著调节了聚类系数的U型关系,使其趋于平缓,但对关系强度的负面效应调节有限.机制检验表明,数字化转型通过提升信息透明度、拓展知识整合渠道和增强网络响应能力3条路径,强化了网络结构对技术创新的赋能作用.研究基于供应链网络的结构与关系双维特征,揭示了数字化转型影响企业技术创新的内在机制,为企业在数字化背景下优化供应链布局、构建协同创新生态系统提供了理论依据与实践参考.

Against the backdrop of the accelerating global digital transformation wave and persistent corporate innovation challenges,unlocking innovation potential through optimizing supply chain network structure has become a critical issue for enhancing core competitiveness.Based on 4 204 observations from Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies spanning 2015-2023,this study empirically analyzes the impact of supply chain network characteristics and relationship characteristics on corporate technological innovation performance and explores the moderating mechanism of digital transformation.The findings reveal that betweenness centrality and structural hole richness significantly promote tech-nological innovation performance,while the clustering coefficient exhibits a U-shaped relationship with innovation performance,and relationship strength demonstrates an inhibitory effect.Further analysis in-dicates that digital transformation strengthens the promoting effects of betweenness centrality and struc-tural holes on technological innovation and significantly moderates the U-shaped relationship of the clustering coefficient,making it flatter;however,its moderating effect on the negative impact of relation-ship strength is limited.Mechanism tests show that digital transformation enhances the enabling effect of network structure on technological innovation through three pathways:improving information transparen-cy,expanding knowledge integration channels,and enhancing network responsiveness.By examining both structural and relational dimensions of the supply chain network,this study reveals the internal mechanisms through which digital transformation influences corporate technological innovation,provi-ding theoretical foundations and practical insights for optimizing supply chain layout and building col-laborative innovation ecosystems in the digital context.
