基于现有熔化焊、搅拌摩擦焊车钩座板组成形位轮廓尺寸,利用大型前装料挤压机(160MN)通过正向挤压方式成功研制出大断面大厚度一体式铝合金车钩座板型材.对该型材进行了化学成分、显微组织分析,以及尺寸、焊接性、力学性能、疲劳性能、腐蚀性能及低温性能等检测.结果表明:该型材性能满足TB/T 3260.4对厚度(t≤25mm)的要求,且满足批量工业化生产应用需求.对比分析熔化焊、搅拌摩擦焊的铝合金车钩座板与大断面大厚度一体式铝合金车钩座板力学性能得出,挤压成形的大断面大厚度一体式铝合金车钩座板在设计上具有较大冗余空间,可进一步对其进行减薄,以实现车体最大轻量化.

Based on the existing form and contour dimensions of fusion-welded and friction-stir-welded coupler seat plates,a large-section,thick-gauge monolithic aluminum alloy coupler seat plate profile was successfully developed through forward extrusion using a large front-loading extrusion press(160MN).Comprehensive evaluations were conducted on the large-section,thick-gauge monolithic coupler seat plate profile,including chemical composition analysis,microstructure characterization,and dimensional inspection,welding performance assessment,mechanical property testing,fatigue resistance testing,corrosion resistance evaluation and low-temperature performance testing.The results show that the performance of this profile met the requirements of TB/T 3260.4 for aluminum alloy profiles with a thickness of t≤25mmn and satisfied the needs for mass industrial production.Comparative analysis of the mechanical properties of fusion-welded coupler seat plate,friction-stir-welded coupler seat plate,and the large-section thick-gauge monolithic aluminum alloy coupler seat plate revealed that the extruded monolithic large-section,thick-gauge monolithic aluminum alloy coupler seat plate exhibits design redundancy,enabling further thinning of the coupler seat plate to achieve maximum weight reduction in the car body structure.
