国内各流派手法在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的应用研究进展OA
Research Progress on the Application of Domestic Manual Therapy of Various Schools in Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation
近年间,腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的患病率呈持续上升趋势,对人们的工作与生活造成严重困扰.手术治疗创伤较大,患者接受度低,保守治疗是 LDH 的一线首选治疗方案,推拿手法是治疗 LDH 最常用的保守治疗方法之一.本文通过检索中国知网、维普中文期刊服务平台 2019 年 8 月—2025 年 6 月的相关文献,筛选出 41 篇目标文献,从各流派医家运用手法治疗LDH 的临床经验中总结得出手法治疗具有疗效确切、操作便捷、成本低廉的特点,而各流派医家在手法治疗方面不仅积累了丰富的经验,同时也各具特色.
In recent years,the prevalence of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)has shown a continuous upward trend,causing significant distress to people's work and daily life.Surgical treatment is highly invasive and poorly accepted by patients,making conservative treatment the first-line approach for LDH.Manual therapy is one of the most commonly used conservative treatments for LDH.This article retrieved relevant literature from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and VIP Chinese Journal Service Platform spanning from August 2019 to June 2025,and screened 41 target literatures.The clinical experience of various schools of manual therapy in treating LDH confirms that manual therapy is effective,convenient,and inexpensive.The manipulative treatments employed by different schools not only represent a wealth of accumulated experience in manual therapy but also possess distinctive characteristics.
