数字技术赋能社区教育服务基层治理的实践路径OA

[Research purpose]Based on the requirements for modernization of grassroots governance,this study explores practical paths for the deep integration of digital technology and community education.Grassroots governance is crucial to public well-being,and community education serves as a pivotal instrument to improve residents'digital literacy,resolve conflicts,and consolidate the foundation of grassroots governance.Digital technologies(big data,AI,IoT)provide solid technical support for their in-depth integration,aiming to address challenges such as low-efficiency grassroots services,uneven resource distribution,and low resident participation.The goal is to promote precision-oriented and intelligent development in education,ultimately constructing a new pattern of sound grassroots governance featuring co-construction,co-governance,and shared benefits.[Research method]First,this paper elaborates on the practical value of digital technology empowering community education to serve grassroots governance.Second,it systematically analyzes the dilemmas in their integration development,including superficial application of technology,and low digital literacy of relevant personnel.Finally,practical paths are explored from five key dimensions:digital scenario construction,intelligent demand analysis,talent team development,cross-regional resource sharing,and transformation of learning outcomes.[Research conclusion]The in-depth empowerment of community education by digital technology enables precision,personalized,and intelligent innovations,effectively aligning with the needs of grassroots governance and enhancing service and governance effectiveness.Through the aforementioned paths,governance dilemmas at the grassroots level can be addressed,providing support for advancing the modernization of grassroots governance.This fully demonstrates that empowering community education with digital technology is a vital pathway for constructing a new pattern of sound grassroots governance featuring co-construction,co-governance and shared benefits.
