课程思政融入中医内分泌科临床带教的本土化实践与创新路径OA

Under the guidance of the Healthy China initiative,the clinical teaching of endocrinology in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)bears the mission of cultivating composite talents possessing both Chinese and Western medical diagnosis/treatment capabilities and humanistic literacy.Oriented by the needs of metabolic disease prevention and treatment in Suzhou and according to the academic thought of the Wu School of Medicine and the current philosophy of ideological and political education,this paper constructs a new clinical teaching model characterized by integrating virtue and skills and complementing ancient and modern systems.By permeating the shaping of professional values into the practice of acupoint application for diabetic peripheral neuropathy,embedding research ethics education into studies on the blood glucose-lowering mechanisms of TCM,and integrating medical humanistic care into the process of mind-body co-therapy for thyroid diseases,we establish a curriculum ideological and political practice system with Jiangnan regional characteristics.Practice demonstrates that this system can effectively enhance students'sense of cultural identification with TCM and the humanistic care index in clinical decision-making,providing a replicable paradigm for innovation in ideological and political education in the clinical teaching of TCM.
