基于母胎界面微环境与中医阴阳消长平衡理论探讨不明原因复发性流产的防治策略OA

The homeostasis of the microenvironment at the maternal-fetal interface is crucial for successful embryo implantation and pregnancy maintenance.The occurrence of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(URSA)is closely associated with the imbalance of the microenvironment at the maternal-fetal interface.The invasive characteristics of trophoblast cells at the maternal-fetal interface and the changes in decidual immune cells during pregnancy are highly consistent with the theory of Yin-Yang waxing and waning balance in traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the connection between the theory of Yin-Yang waxing and waning balance and modern research on the microenvironment at the maternal-fetal interface,a treatment plan of"emphasizing Yang transformation in early pregnancy,maintaining Yin-Yang balance in mid-pregnancy,and emphasizing Yin containment of Yang in late pregnancy"was proposed.Through the analysis of the Yin-Yang attributes of trophoblast cell invasion and the dynamic changes in decidual immune cells during pregnancy and with a focus on the core goal of maintaining the homeostasis of the maternal-fetal interface,modern research evidence was provided for the application of the theory of Yin-Yang waxing and waning balance in URSA,and a new theoretical paradigm and practical path for the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine were explored.
