可调式管法兰焊接变位机结构设计及有限元分析OA
Structural design and finite element analysis of an adjustable pipe flange welding positioner
针对传统焊接变位机在管法兰焊接中存在的尺寸适应性差、装夹效率低等问题,提出一种可调式管法兰焊接变位机的结构设计方案.通过模块化设计,集成移动式底座、轨道系统及气动自定心卡盘,实现主动端与从动端间距的灵活调节,以适应不同长度管道的焊接需求;结合可调式滚轮支承与气动夹持机构,提升设备的自动化水平.采用Creo Parametric进行结构建模,并基于Creo Simulate开展静力学与热力学仿真分析,验证结构设计的可靠性.结果表明:在两种典型工况下,结构最大应力分别为73.05MPa和104.1MPa,均低于45钢的屈服强度,安全系数超过2.5;最大位移分别为0.375mm和0.19186mm,满足焊接定位精度要求(<0.5mm).模拟焊接过程中,工件最高温度为576.672℃,夹具最高温度为41.7189℃,焊接热量对夹具性能影响较小.该设计通过模块化与自动化手段,有效提升焊接效率,降低夹具需求与维护成本,在石油化工、核电等领域具有较好的工程应用前景.
A structural design scheme of an adjustable pipe-flange welding positioner is proposed to address the problems of poor dimensional adaptability and low clamping efficiency of traditional welding positioners in pipe-flange welding.Through modular design,a mobile base,a rail system and a pneumatic self-centering chuck are integrated to realize flexible adjustment of the spacing between the driving end and the driven end,so as to meet the welding requirements of pipes with different lengths.Combined with adjustable roller supports and a pneumatic clamping mechanism,the automation level of the equipment is improved.Structural modeling is carried out using Creo Parametric,and static and thermodynamic simulation analyses are performed based on Creo Simulate to verify the reliability of the structural design.The results show that under two typical working conditions,the maximum structural stresses are 73.05MPa and 104.1MPa,respectively,both lower than the yield strength of 45 steel,with safety factors exceeding 2.5.The maximum displacements are 0.375mm and 0.19186mm,respectively,meeting the welding positioning accuracy requirement(<0.5 mm).In the simulated welding process,the maximum temperature of the workpiece is 576.672℃,and that of the fixture is 41.7189℃,indicating that the welding heat has little effect on the performance of the fixture.Through modularization and automation,the design effectively improves welding efficiency and reduces fixture requirements and maintenance costs,exhibiting good engineering application prospects in petrochemical,nuclear power and other fields.
