Clinical Experience of Chief Physician LIU Keqin in the Application of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction
历代医家在临床实践中对升阳益胃汤进行了多种灵活的化裁,让其适应症的范围不断延伸.本方目前普遍应用于胃脘痞满、泄泻、头晕、不寐等多种病症的治疗中,充分表明了该方的独特价值.本文主要剖析了升阳益胃汤的中医作用机理,并全面总结刘克勤教授对该方的临床运用经验,辅以典型病例分析,旨在为临床医师运用该方提供更多实践方面的借鉴,展现其在现代中医临床中的重要地位.
Throughout history,medical practitioners have flexibly modified Shengyang Yiwei Decoction in clinical practice,continuously expanding its range of indications.Currently,Shengyang Yiwei Decoction is widely used in the treatment of various conditions such as epigastric fullness,diarrhea,dizziness,and insomnia,fully demonstrating its unique value.This study mainly analyzes the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)mechanism of action of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction and comprehensively summarizes Professor LIU Keqin's experience in the clinical application of this formula.Through the analysis of typical cases,this paper aims to provide more practical references for clinical physicians in the application of this formula and showcase its significant position in modern clinical practice of TCM.
