动物繁殖学案例教学法的研究与应用OA

The development of the livestock and poultry seed industry is a crucial component of China's seed industry revitalization.The Animal Reproduction course plays a vital role in the conservation and utilization of genetic resources for livestock and poultry.To cultivate more interdisciplinary professional talents and win the"turnaround battle"in livestock and poultry breeding,it is imperative to reform the teaching of Animal Reproduction course at agricultural and forestry universities.A comparative experimental approach was employed to study the teaching effects of case-based teaching methods in the college of animal science and technology of Shanxi Agricultural University,in which the cases related to the breeding of new farm animal varieties in Shanxi and new animal reproduction techniques were integrated into teaching.Moreover,a questionnaire survey was conducted for two classes of animal science students from five aspects including their acceptance of the teaching method,learning engagement,mastery of basic knowledge,and establishment of professional confidence.The results showed that the assessments of questionnaires and final exam in the experimental group were significantly higher than in the control group,showing a stronger professional confidence and sense of identity with their major.
