针对水闸工程运行过程中存在的闸门位移、运行速度、启闭力无法精准监测以及传统机械保护装置精度较低或响应较慢等问题,以邵仙套闸为工程背景,利用PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)强大计算功能结合编码器高精度的特性,通过构建编码器变化值与闸门位移速度、电动机转速、钢丝绳牵引力等非电量参数之间的数学模型,衍生出软行程保护、低速/高速双重保护、荷载超限预警等系列算法,有效解决了传统热继电器与机械限位开关保护滞后、精度较差的缺陷,实现水闸运行状态的实时感知与多维度联动保护,为水闸智能化管理提供了可靠的技术支撑.

Aiming at the problems existing in the operation of sluice projects,such as the inability to accurately monitor gate displacement,operating speed and hoisting force,as well as low precision or slow response of traditional mechanical protection devices,the Shaoxian Compound Sluice is taken as the engineering background.By utilizing the powerful computing function of PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)combined with the high-precision characteristics of encoders,mathematical models between encoder variation values and non-electrical parameters such as gate displacement speed,motor speed and steel wire rope traction are established,and a series of algorithms including soft travel protection,dual low-speed/high-speed protection and load over-limit early warning are derived.The defects of lagging protection and poor accuracy of traditional thermal relays and mechanical limit switches are effectively solved.Real-time perception and multi-dimensional linked protection of sluice operation status are realized,providing reliable technical support for the intelligent management of sluices.
