为探究肉牛双胎生产技术在规模化养殖中的实践效果,试验选取牧场A和牧场B作为试验基地,以110头西门塔尔受体牛为研究对象,采用阴道孕酮栓(CIDR)+前列腺素(PG)+维生素AD组合方案实施同期发情处理,并配合胚胎移植技术,重点考察黄体发育质量与胚胎移植位置(黄体同侧移植与异侧移植)对双胎妊娠成功率的影响.结果表明:受体牛发情率为90%,黄体合格率为69%,整体妊娠率为74%,双胎妊娠率达78%.将胚胎移植至黄体异侧子宫角内的受体牛双胎妊娠率(牧场A 88%、牧场B 86%)显著高于同侧移植组(牧场A 63%、牧场B 67%,P<0.05).说明通过优化受体牛选择、激素调控和移植操作,肉牛双胎生产技术可有效提升繁殖效率和经济效益.

To investigate the practical application of twin technology in large-scale beef cattle farming,a total of 110 Simmental recipient cows were treated with estrus synchronization using a protocol combining a controlled internal drug release(CIDR)device,prostaglandin(PG),and vitamin AD for embryo transfer in two ranches of A and B.The study focused on evaluating the effects of corpus luteum(CL)quality and embryo transfer site(ipsilateral vs.contralateral to the CL)on the rate of twin pregnancies.The results showed that the estrus rate was 90%,the rate of recipients with a qualified CL was 69%,the overall pregnancy rate was 74%,and the twin pregnancy rate reached 78%.Recipient cows with embryos transferred to the uterine horn contralateral to the CL achieved twin pregnancy rates(ranch A:88%,ranch B:86%)significantly higher than those receiving ipsilateral transfers(ranch A:63%,ranch B:67%)(P<0.05).The study suggested that twin technology would effectively enhance reproductive efficiency and economic returns in beef cattle production by optimizing recipient selection,hormonal regulation and transfer procedures.
