宿迁市农业灌溉用水合理性及其影响因素研究OA

为加强农业灌溉用水合理配置,本研究以宿迁市为对象,基于2002-2024气象数据,综合统计年鉴、中国多时期土地利用遥感监测数据集(CNLUCC)及高分-2号(GF-2)遥感影像解译等多源土地利用数据,采用Penman-Monteith公式法和水量平衡原理开展农业灌溉需水量计算,通过用水量与需水量的对比关系分析用水合理性,并运用主成分分析法探讨其影响因素.结果显示:1)水稻为宿迁主要耗水作物,多源数据对比下,水稻种植面积差异较小;以年鉴水稻面积为基础,计算显示,当地平水年和丰水年水稻灌溉用水占总灌溉用水比例高达90%以上;2)宿迁市农业灌溉需水量整体呈上升趋势,相较于需水量,2013年前用水量偏大,后期在定额管理的引导下,用水与需水趋于平衡;3)气温、降水量等自然因素是影响农业用水的主要因素,政策驱动等社会因素是控制用水与需水整体变化的关键因素.

To strengthen the rational allocation of agricultural irrigation water,this study takes Suqian City as the research object.Based on meteorological data from 2002 to 2024,it integrates multi-source land use data including statistical yearbooks,the China Multi-period Land Use Remote Sensing Monitoring Dataset(CNLUCC),and remote sensing image interpretation of Gaofen-2(GF-2).The Penman-Monteith formula and water balance principle are used to calculate agricultural irrigation water demand,analyze the rationality of water use by comparing actual water consumption with water demand,and explore the influencing factors by principal component analysis.The results of the study showed as follows.1)Rice is the main water consuming crop in Suqian City.Comparative analysis of multi-source data shows that the difference in rice planting area is small.Based on the rice area from statistical yearbooks,calculations indicate that the proportion of rice irrigation water in total irrigation water reaches more than 90%in normal water years and wet years.2)The agricultural irrigation water demand in Suqian City shows an overall upward trend.Compared with water demand,actual water consumption was relatively high before 2013.In the later period,actual water consumption and water demand tended to balance under the guidance of water quota management.3)Natural factors such as air temperature and rainfall are the main factors influencing agricultural water use,while social factors such as policy driven factors are the key factors controlling the overall changes in water consumption and water demand.
