为探究批次化生产中精准免疫对猪流行性腹泻(porcine epidemic diarrhea,PED)的防控效果,试验以华北地区某猪场PED发病猪群为研究对象,采取全群种母猪接种PED灭活疫苗且21 d后加强免疫(首免+21 d加强免疫)的方法,同时终止产房仔猪寄养、重症窝提前断奶、断料、补液与口服庆大霉素.产房母猪饲喂烯丙孕素确保批化次生产稳定,清空产房后彻底清洗、消毒并60℃高温烘干3 h.结果表明:方案执行后猪群发病情况显著改善,种母猪腹泻率、仔猪腹泻率及死亡率均极显著低于方案执行前一批次(P<0.01),同时断奶仔猪均重极显著高于执行前一批次(P<0.01);2个月后母猪PED病毒抗体阳性率100%,S/P均值为5.00,猪群PED病原检测转阴.说明批次化生产中"首免+21 d加强免疫"的精准免疫可有效防控PED疫情.

To explore the prevention and control effect of precise immunization on porcine epidemic diarrhea(PED)in batch production,a PED-affected pig herd in a pig farm in north China treated with intervention involving vaccinating all the sows with an inactivated PED vaccine,followed by a booster immunization 21 days later.Concurrently,discontinuing the foster care of piglets in the farrowing house,weaning severe cases early,cutting off feed,providing rehydration and oral gentamicin.Sows in the farrowing house were fed Altrenogesterone to ensure stable batch production.After the farrowing house was emptied,it underwent thorough cleaning and disinfection,followed by high-temperature drying at 60 ℃ for 3 h.The results showed that after the implementation of the plan,the disease situation of the pig herd improved significantly.The diarrhea rate of breeding sows,the piglets and the mortality rate were all extremely significantly lower than those of the batch before the implementation of the plan(P<0.01),respectively,and at the same time,the average weight of weaned piglets was extremely significantly higher than that of the batch before the implementation(P<0.01).Two months later,the positive rate of PED virus antibody in sows was 100%,the average S/P was about 5.00,and the pathogen detection of PED in the pig herd turned negative.The findings suggest that the precise immunization regimen of"first immunization+21-day booster immunization"in batch production effectively prevent and control the PED epidemic.
