超大异形深基坑地下连续墙变形和力学响应分析OA
Deformation and mechanical response analysis of diaphragm wall in super-large special-shaped deep foundation pit
为了揭示超大异形深基坑地下连续墙在复杂几何形态下的变形与力学响应规律,丰富超大异形深基坑的理论基础,对某深基坑关键部位进行现场试验.结果表明:异形段墙体最大位移明显高于标准段,阴角部位位移最小;墙后土压力介于静止与主动极限状态之间,推导出非极限状态土压力计算式;钢筋应力与弯矩分布呈"S"型,钢筋应力与弯矩最大值发生在开挖面附近;混凝土应力随深度呈"C"型变化,混凝土应力最大值发生在开挖面附近,异形段混凝土最大应力是标准段的1.5倍.研究揭示了阴角效应、空间效应对超大异形深基坑地下连续墙力学响应的影响机制,建立的非极限状态主动土压力计算式具有工程实用性,可为类似工程的设计与变形控制提供科学依据.
In order to reveal the deformation and stress evolution law of the diaphragm wall in a super-large special-shaped deep foundation pit under complex geometric shape,and enrich the theoretical basis,field tests were carried out on the key parts of a deep foundation pit.The results show that the maximum displacement of the irregular section is significantly higher than that of the standard section,while the displacement in the internal corner is the smallest.The soil pressure behind the wall is between the static and active limit states,and the formula for calculating the non-limit state active soil pressure is derived.The distribution of reinforcement stress and bending moment are in an"S"shape,and the maximum stress and bending moment occur near the excavation face.The concrete stress changes in a"C"shape with the depth,the maximum concrete stress occurs near the excavation face,and the maximum stress in the special section is 1.5 times that of the standard section.The study reveales the influence mechanism of internal corner effect and spatial effect on the mechanical response of diaphragm walls in super-large special-shaped deep foundation pits.The established non limit state active soil pressure calculation formula has practicality and can provide scientific basis for the design and deformation control of similar projects.
