基于多元统计的反相破乳剂构效分析OA
Constituent-activity analysis of reverse demulsifiers based on multivariate statistics
通过多元统计方法系统评价了10 种典型反相破乳剂的油水分离性能及宏观特性.综合运用物化表征与相关性分析、灰色关联度及主成分分析统计学手段,建立了反相破乳剂宏观特性参数与除油效能之间的构效关系.结果表明,不同反相破乳剂具有显著差异的破乳效率,其中黏度和含脂肪烃量是关键控制因子;通过调控含脂肪烃量的反相破乳剂脱油对比实验证实,含脂肪烃量的提高可以显著促进脱油率.研究为定向合成高效反相破乳剂提供了设计依据,对优化原油采收液处理工艺具有重要工程指导价值.
The oil-water separation performance and macroscopic characteristics of 10 typical reverse demulsifiers were systematically evaluated by multivariate statistical methods.By comprehensively applying physicochemical characterization and correlation analysis,grey relational analysis,and principal component analysis,the structure-activity relationship between the macroscopic characteristic parameters of reverse demulsifiers and their oil removal efficiency was established.The results indicated that different reverse demulsifiers exhibited significantly different demulsification efficiencies,with viscosity and the content of aliphatic hydrocarbons being the key control factors.The comparative experiments of oil removal by reverse demulsifiers with controlled aliphatic hydrocarbon content confirmed that an increase in the content of aliphatic hydrocarbons could significantly promote the oil removal rate.This paper provided a design basis for the targeted synthesis of highly efficient reverse demulsifiers and offered significant engineering implications for optimizing crude oil extraction liquid treatment processes.
