The Evolution and Prospects of China's AI Large Model Industry

近年来,生成式大模型不断推动全球人工智能涌向新浪潮.与美国侧重原始性创新和产业投入相比,我国更注重产业的应用和商业化.2023 年以来,我国大模型产业经历了"百模大战"、AI"六小虎"领跑、"基模五强"崛起的演进过程,折射出产业发展趋势为:技术维度从单一"语言理解"转向多模态融合拓展,企业技术布局从"通用基座"向"场景定制"的垂直模型延展,"AI智能体+智能终端"成为产业落地方向,模型评价回归商业化实用价值,科技大厂倾向全栈布局等.同时,文章提出一个基于性能提升、成本降低、基础支撑和合规引导的"四力"协同框架,旨在为大模型大规模应用和商业化提供理论逻辑.下一步,建议采取开放多元应用场景、推进企业协同创新等举措降低产业落地成本,确保"人工智能+"行动深入实施,进而提升我国产业的全球竞争力.

In recent years,generative large models have continuously driven the global AI industry towards a new stage.Compared with the United States'focus on original innovation and industrial investment,China has prioritized industrial application and commercialization.Since 2023,China's AI large models industry has undergone an evolutionary process marked by the"Hundred Models Battle,"the rise of AI"Six Tigers,"and the emer-gence of"Five Foundation Models".This reflects the development trends of the industry:technological breakthroughs have expanded from language modals to multi-modal large models;enterprises have extended from"general baselines"to"scenario-customized"vertical models;"AI Agents+Smart Terminals"becomes a key direction of industrial application;model evaluation has returned to practical value;and large companies tend to adopt a full-stack layout.At the same time,this paper proposes a"Four Forces"collaborative framework based on performance improvement,cost reduction,basic support,and compliance guidance,aiming to provide theoretical logic for the application and commercialization of AI large models.Next,the paper suggests taking measures such as expanding diverse application scenarios and promoting enterprise collaborative innovations to ensure the implementation of the AI Plus Initiative,thereby enhancing the global competitiveness of China's industry.
