高学历青年职业选择既关联个体发展,也关乎社会稳定与经济可持续性.通过半结构化访谈和参与式观察,研究借助"获得感"这一重要分析性概念,基于"工具-价值"理性视角构建了"物质-精神"获得感分析框架,将高学历青年的职业选择类型划分为平衡追求型、经济主导型、精神富足型和多元探索型.不同职业类型的高学历青年在职业实践中,因个体与环境的复杂互动,在物质与精神获得感上均存在不同程度的缺失,呈现为高强度工作模式下精神压抑与生活失衡、工资倒挂引发的激励困境与公平感缺失、自我价值彰显与事务性任务之间的张力、职业多线程中"内卷"与"躺平"矛盾等表征.高学历青年因职业获得感缺失,在现有工作环境中尝试内部调整未果后,遂将离职作为突破职业困境、提升职业获得感的突围路径.

The career choices of highly educated youth are related not only to individual development but also to social stability and economic sustainabili-ty.Through semi-structured interviews and participatory observation,this study utilizes the important analytical concept of"sense of gain"and constructs an analysis framework of"material-spiritual"sense of gain based on the"tool-value"rational perspective.The career choice types of highly educated youth are categorized into 4 types:balanced pursuit,economic domination,spiritual affluence,and diverse exploration.In their professional practices,highly educated youth of different career types experience varying degrees of deficiency in both material and spiritual senses of gain due to the complex in-teractions between individuals and their environments.This manifests as mental oppression and life imbalance under high-intensity work patterns,motiva-tional dilemmas and a lack of fairness caused by wage discrepancies,tensions between self-worth expression and transactional tasks,and contradictions be-tween"involution"and"lying flat"in multi-threaded careers.Highly educated youth,after failing to enhance their occupational sense of gain through internal adjustments in the current work environment,choose to leave as a rational way to break through their occupational dilemma and boost their sense of gain.
