推动经济绿色转型是实现可持续发展的必然要求.人工智能作为新一轮科技革命的核心驱动力,为经济绿色转型提供了前所未有的历史机遇.文章将人工智能与经济绿色转型纳入同一研究框架,遵循"理论逻辑—动力机制—关键问题—实践路径"的研究思路,从微观(企业)、中观(行业)和宏观(区域)三个层面系统探讨人工智能赋能经济绿色转型的内在逻辑,并从新技术、新要素、新产业及新动能四个维度揭示其动力机制.针对赋能过程中面临的数据壁垒与数据质量、技术成本与适用性、标准缺失、就业冲击与伦理风险等关键问题,文章提出人工智能通过创新驱动、协调发展、绿色引领、开放融合与共享共赢等路径,从生产端重塑到分配端优化,系统性地推动经济绿色转型.研究旨在为人工智能与经济绿色转型的深度融合及高质量发展提供理论依据与实践参考.

Promoting economic green transformation is essential for achieving sustainable development.As the core driving force of the new scientific and technological revolution,artificial intelligence(AI)provides an unprecedented opportunity to accelerate this transformation.This paper integrates AI and economic green transformation within a unified framework,following the logic of"theoretical foundation—driving mechanism—key issues—practical pathways".From micro(enterprise),meso(industry),and macro(regional)perspectives,this essay explores how AI empowers green transformation through new technologies,factors,industries,and drivers.In response to the critical issues faced in the empowerment process,such as data barriers,data quality challenges,high technological costs and applicability,the lack of standards,as well as employment impacts and ethical risks,this paper proposes that AI can systematically drive economic green transformation through pathways including innovation-driven development,coordinated development,green leadership,open integration,and shared prosperity.This transformation spans from reshaping the production side to optimizing the distribution side.The study aims to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for the deep integration and high-quality develop-ment of AI and economic green transformation.
