基于PCA蚂蚁追踪属性的复杂断裂检测技术及应用OA
Complex fault detection technology based on PCA ant tracking attribute and its application
渤海A油田的断裂系统复杂,受地震资料品质和浅部气云区影响,常规的相干、曲率等属性信噪比低,断裂横向连续性差,分辨率低,无法满足精细描述需求,限制了剩余油的开发潜力.为了提高断裂识别精度,采用构造导向滤波压制随机噪音,增强非断裂区域的反射连续性,突出断裂的边界信息,从而提高地震数据的断裂识别能力.在此基础上,利用主成分分析综合多种断裂检测属性的信息,得到断裂检测融合属性;然后对融合属性进行蚂蚁追踪,从而获得高清的断裂检测数据体.该方法有效提高了断裂识别精度,解决了常规相干和曲率方法信噪比低以及横向连续性差的问题,增强了气云区的断裂信息,为油田后续井网布署和剩余油安全开发提供了技术支撑.
The fault system of Bohai Oilfield A is highly complex.Constrained by the limited quality of seismic data and the interference of shallow gas cloud zones,conventional seismic attributes(e.g.,coherence and curvature)suffer from low signal-to-noise ratio,poor lateral continuity of fault interpretations and insufficient resolution.These limitations not only hinder the accurate fine-scale characterization of faults,but also restrict the potential for the efficient development of remaining oil reserves.To address these challenges and improve fault identification accuracy,a structure-oriented filtering algorithm was applied to suppress random noise,enhance the reflection continuity of non-fault intervals,and highlight the boundary features of faults,thereby boosting the fault recognition capability of the seismic dataset.On this basis,principal component analysis was employed to integrate multi-attribute fault detection information,yielding a comprehensive fused attribute for fault interpretation.Subsequent ant-tracking processing of this fused attribute generated a high-resolution fault detection data volume.Field application demonstrates that this integrated method effectively improves the precision of fault identification,overcomes the drawbacks of low signal-to-noise ratio and poor lateral continuity associated with conventional coherence and curvature techniques,and significantly enhances the fault-related information within gas cloud zones.This approach provides a technical support for subsequent well pattern optimization and the safe,efficient development of remaining oil in the oilfield.
