反渗透膜清洗药剂的复配及其应用OA
Compounding of cleaning agent for reverse osmosis membrane and its application
以葡萄糖酸钠和聚天冬氨酸(PASP)为螯合剂,开发了一种用于反渗透(RO)膜的复合清洗剂,考察了清洗剂组分对膜清洗性能的影响,筛选出最佳配方,并采用FTIR、SEM、AFM等技术表征了清洗前后RO膜表面性能的变化,探讨了清洗温度和浸泡时间对清洗效果的影响.实验结果表明:复合清洗剂的最佳组成为葡萄糖酸钠0.9%(w)、PASP 1.2%(w)、表面活性剂(烷基糖苷与改性聚醚L-61质量比为3∶1)5.0%(w)、抗再沉积剂(聚丙烯酸与聚马来酸酐质量比为3∶1)2.0%(w),其余为去离子水;经清洗后,RO膜表面的算数平均粗糙度为29.6 nm,接近新膜水平(28.5 nm);在清洗温度30℃、浸泡时间8 h的条件下,清洗后RO膜通量恢复至96.0%,经10次循环清洗后,RO膜通量恢复率仍可达91.0%;该复合清洗剂配方温和、无磷环保、可生物降解,为工业RO系统的绿色运行提供了有力支撑.
With sodium gluconate and polyaspartic acid(PASP)as chelating agents,a compound cleaning agent was developed for reverse osmosis(RO)membrane.The effect of cleaning agent composition on the activity of membrane cleaning was investigated to select the optimal formulation.The changes in the surface performance of the RO membrane before and after cleaning were characterized by technologies including FTIR,SEM,and AFM.The influence of cleaning temperature and immersion time on the cleaning effect was discussed.According to the experiment results,the formulation of the compound cleaning agent is optimal with 0.9%(w)sodium gluconate,1.2%(w)PASP,5.0%(w)surfactant(the mass ration of alkyl polyglucoside and modified polyether L-61 is 3∶1),2.0%(w)anti-deposition agent(the mass ratio of polyacrylic acid and polymaleic anhydride is 3∶1),and the rest is deionized water.After cleaning,the arithmetic mean roughness of the RO membrane surface is 29.6 nm,which is close to the new membrane(28.5 nm).With the cleaning temperature of 30℃and 8 h immersion,the RO membrane flux after cleaning achieve the recovery rate of 96.0%.After 10 cleaning cycles,the RO membrane flux recovery rate can be 91.0%.With a mild formulation,this compound cleaning agent is phosphorus-free,environment-friendly,and biodegradable,offering strong support for the green operation and maintenance of industrial RO systems.
