磁选强化淋洗技术去除土壤中的钒OA
Vanadium removal from soil by magnetic separation enhanced leaching technology
以某退役钢铁厂重金属钒污染土壤为研究对象,开发了磁选强化淋洗技术修复钒污染土壤,从磁吸强度、含水率、重金属赋存形态等方面探究了重金属钒的去除机制.实验结果表明:土壤中的钒主要富集在粒径小于2.00 mm的土壤中,单独淋洗对该部分土壤中钒的去除率低于20%;在淋洗前进行磁选可强化土壤中钒的去除效率,使高含量污染土壤的钒去除率由20.2%提升至88.4%,土壤中铁锰氧化物结合态的钒由42.9%降低至24.6%.现场应用结果表明,该技术有效降低了土壤中难淋洗的稳定态钒占比,并可节省40%以上修复成本.
Taking the vanadium-contaminated soil from a decommissioned iron and steel plant as the research object,a novel remediation technology for vanadium-contaminated soil was developed,namely,magnetic separation enhanced soil leaching remediation technology.The removal mechanism of heavy metal vanadium was investigated from the aspects of magnetic adsorption strength,moisture content,and speciation of heavy metals.The experimental results show that the vanadium in the soil is mainly enriched in the soil with particle size<2.00 mm.The vanadium removal rate of single leaching remediation technology for this soil is less than 20%.The application of magnetic separation prior to leaching remediation technology can enhance the vanadium removal efficiency,increasing the vanadium removal rate of high-concentration contaminated soil from 20.2%to 88.4%.Furthermore,the proportion of Fe-Mn oxide-bound vanadium in soil can be reduced from 42.6%to 24.6%.It indicates that the technology effectively decreases the proportion of stable heavy metals in soil that are difficult to leach and cuts down the remediation cost by more than 40%.
