西北地区作为我国重要的畜牧业生产基地和生态脆弱区,其畜禽粪污资源化利用对保障畜产品供给与维护生态安全具有双重战略意义.为破解西北地区畜牧业快速发展与生态环境保护间的矛盾,推动畜禽粪污从"末端治理"向"资源化利用"转变,本研究系统分析了该地区畜禽粪污资源化利用的主流技术模式、综合效应及面临挑战并提出三条优化路径:一是强化技术集成与区域适配,研发推广低温发酵等适用技术;二是创新政策与市场化机制,培育专业化服务组织;三是实施差异化发展策略,构建基于环境承载力的"养殖—处理—利用"种养循环体系,以期为推动西北地区畜禽粪污资源化利用提质增效与畜牧业绿色高质量发展提供理论依据与实践指引.

As a key livestock production base and ecologically fragile region in China,Northwest region holds dual strategic significance in ensuring livestock product supply and safeguarding ecological security through the resource utilization of animal manure.In order to resolve the conflict between the rapid development of animal husbandry and ecological conservation in Northwest China,and to promote the shift from"end-of-pipe treatment"to"resource utilization"of livestock manure,this study systematically analyzed the mainstream technical models,comprehensive effects,and challenges facing the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure in the region.Three optimization pathways were proposed:firstly,strengthening technology integration and regional adaptation by developing and promoting applicable technologies such as low-temperature fermentation;secondly,innovating policies and market-oriented mechanisms to cultivate specialized service organizations;thirdly,implementing differentiated development strategies to establish an environmentally sustainable"farming—treatment—utilization"circular system based on environmental carrying capacity,to provide theoretical foundations and practical guidance for enhancing the quality and efficiency of livestock manure resource utilization and promoting green,high-quality development in the livestock sector across Northwest China.
