以椰壳生物炭为载体,采用共生长吸附固定法制备了一种固定化微生物菌剂,并将其用于模拟含芘废水的处理,优化了固定化微生物菌剂的制备条件,考察了固定化微生物菌剂加入量和废水pH对芘去除率的影响.实验结果表明:在生物炭烧制温度700℃、生物炭质量分数3.0%、吸附固定时间12~24 h的最适条件下,微生物菌剂的固定率可达61.3%~68.4%;固定化微生物菌剂对含芘废水具有良好的处理效果,在芘质量浓度20 mg/L、废水pH 6.0~9.0、固定化微生物菌剂投加量30 g/L的条件下,反应3 d后,芘去除率可达90.6%~94.2%.

An immobilized microbial agent was prepared via a co-growth adsorption immobilization method with coconut shell biochar as the carrier and subsequently applied for the treatment of simulated pyrene-containing wastewater.The preparation conditions of the immobilized microbial agent were optimized,and the influences of immobilized microbial agent dosage and wastewater pH on the removal rate of pyrene were investigated.The results show that under the optimal conditions of a biochar firing temperature of 700℃,a biochar mass fraction of 3.0%,and an adsorption and immobilization time of 12-24 h,the immobilization rate of microbial agent can reach 61.3%-68.4%.The immobilized microbial agent shows a good treatment effect on pyrene-containing wastewater.Under the conditions of a pyrene mass concentration of 20 mg/L,a wastewater pH of 6.0-9.0,and an immobilized microbial agent dosage of 30 g/L,after 3 d of reaction,the removal rate of pyrene can reach 90.6%-94.2%.
