从单组分钴氧化物、钴基复合氧化物和钴基氧化物的改性3方面综述了钴基氧化物催化剂在甲苯催化氧化中的研究进展,介绍了甲苯催化氧化的反应机理,展望了钴基氧化物催化剂未来的研究方向.指出:应加强对催化剂的结构调控和性能优化,提高其稳定性和活性;深入研究甲苯催化氧化的反应机理,为催化剂性能的调控提供理论依据;开展钴基氧化物对多种污染物的同步催化氧化研究,为工业化应用奠定基础.

The research progress on cobalt-based oxide catalysts in the catalytic oxidation of toluene is reviewed from three perspectives:single-component cobalt oxides,cobalt-based composite oxides,and the modification of cobalt-based oxides.The reaction mechanism of toluene catalytic oxidation is elaborated,and the future research directions of cobalt-based oxide catalysts are prospected.It is pointed out that efforts should be made to strengthen the structural regulation and performance optimization of catalysts,thus enhancing their stability and activity.The reaction mechanism of toluene catalytic oxidation should be further investigated to provide a theoretical basis for the regulation of catalyst performance.Research should be conducted on the simultaneous catalytic oxidation of multiple pollutants using cobalt-based oxides to lay a solid foundation for their industrial application.
