厌氧消化制取沼气是农业废弃物资源化利用的重要技术路径.但鸡粪厌氧消化过程中,因其氮含量高,易引发氨氮累积,导致系统氨氮浓度升高,从而抑制厌氧微生物活性,降低系统稳定性与处理效率,成为制约鸡粪厌氧消化效能的关键瓶颈.为保障鸡粪厌氧消化工程的高效稳定运行提供参考,综述鸡粪氨氮的来源及其危害,鸡粪厌氧消化过程中氨氮抑制现象的形成机制、影响因素以及缓解策略等方面的研究现状,并从鸡粪厌氧消化氨氮抑制的先进缓解工艺开发、工程化应用实践验证、跨动物粪便体系氨氮调控技术比较等方面展望其研究方向.

Anaerobic digestion for biogas production is an important technical approach for the resource utilization of agricultural waste.However,during the anaerobic digestion of chicken manure,due to its high nitrogen content,it is prone to cause the accumulation of ammonia nitrogen,leading to an increase in the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the system,thereby inhibiting the activity of anaerobic microorganisms,reducing the stability and treatment efficiency of the system,and becoming a key bottleneck restricting the efficiency of anaerobic digestion of chicken manure.To provide references for the efficient and stable operation of anaerobic digestion projects of chicken manure,the current research status on the sources and hazards of ammonia nitrogen in chicken manure,the formation mechanism and influencing factors of ammonia nitrogen inhibition during the anaerobic digestion of chicken manure,as well as the mitigation strategies were reviewed.Moreover,it looks forward to the research directions from the development of advanced mitigation processes for ammonia nitrogen inhibition in chicken manure anaerobic digestion,the verification of engineering application practices,and the comparison of regulation technologies of ammonia nitrogen across different animal manure systems.
