不同龄期中华大刀螳对黑腹果蝇成虫的捕食效果OA
Predation Effect of Tenodera sinensis at Different Instar on Drosophila melanogaster Adults
[目的]探明不同龄期中华大刀螳(Tenodera sinensis)若虫对黑腹果蝇(Drosophila melanogaster)成虫的捕食能力,以评估中华大刀螳用于果蝇生物防治的潜能.[方法]在室内条件下,分别设置密度为5头/盒、15头/盒、25头/盒、35头/盒、45头/盒的黑腹果蝇成虫供饥饿 24 h的中华大刀螳 1~8龄若虫取食,测定中华大刀螳的日捕食量,采用 Holling模型拟合计算中华大刀螳对黑腹果蝇的捕食功能反应,并分析搜寻效应.[结果]中华大刀螳 1~2龄若虫对黑腹果蝇成虫的捕食量在猎物密度超过 15头/盒后趋于稳定,3~8龄若虫的捕食量总体随猎物密度增加而增加,且 4龄及 5龄若虫在猎物密度大于 15头/盒时捕食量总体高于其他龄期.中华大刀螳 1~8龄若虫对黑腹果蝇成虫的捕食功能反应均符合 Holling Ⅱ模型.中华大刀螳5龄若虫对黑腹果蝇成虫的处理时间最短、捕食能力最强、日最大捕食量最大,分别为 0.051 d、24.118头/d、19.608头;4龄和 6龄若虫分别为 0.057 d、23.263头/d、17.544头和 0.061 d、20.754头/d、16.393头.中华大刀螳1~8龄若虫对黑腹果蝇成虫的搜寻效应随猎物密度增加而降低.[结论]中华大刀螳 4~6龄若虫对黑腹果蝇成虫的控制效果较好.
[Objective]The predation capacity of Tenodera sinensis nymphs at different instars against Drosophila melanogaster adults was investigated to evaluate the potential of T.sinensis in biological control of D.melanogaster.[Method]Under the controlled laboratory condition,D.melanogaster adults at prey densities of 5,15,25,35,and 45 adults per container were provided for T.sinensis nymphs at 1st-8th instars after 24h starvation.The daily predation rate of T.sinensis nymphs was determined.The predation functional response of T.sinensis nymphs against D.melanogaster adults was fittingly calculated by Holling's model to analyze its searching efficiency.[Result]The daily predation rate of T.sinensis nymphs at 1st-2nd instar against D.melanogaster adults tended to stable when the prey density exceeded 15 adults per container.In contrast,the predation rate of nymphs at 3rd-8th instar increased with increase of prey density,and the predation rate of nymphs at 4th and 5th instar against D.melanogaster adults under the tested prey densities was higher than those of T.sinensis nymphs at other instars significantly.The predation functional response of T.sinensis nymphs at 1st-8th instar against D.melanogaster adults accorded with Holling Ⅱ model.The predation time,predation capacity and daily predation rate of T.sinensis nymphs at 5th instar against D.melanogaster adults were 0.051 d,24.118/d and 19.608 respectively.The predation time,predation capacity and daily predation rate of T.sinensis nymphs at 4th instar and 6th instar against D.melanogaster adults were 0.057 d,23.263/d and 17.544/d,and 0.061 d,20.754/d and 16.393 separately.The searching efficiency of T.sinensis nymphs at 1st-8th instars against D.melanogaster adults decreased with increase of prey density.[Conclusion]The T.sinensis nymphs at 4th-6th instar have the better control effect against D.melano-gaster adults.
