基于自我效能理论探讨阈下抑郁老年人太极拳训练高运动依从性影响因素的质性研究OA
Qualitative Study on Influencing Factors of High Exercise Adherence to Tai Chi Training in Older Adults with Subthreshold Depression Based on Self-Efficacy Theory
目的 基于自我效能理论探讨阈下抑郁(StD)老年人太极拳训练高运动依从性的影响因素,为优化运动康复方案提供依据.方法 采用质性研究方法,通过目的性抽样选取2024年7-12月福州市各社区招募的参与太极拳训练且依从性高于80%的StD老年人32例,于太极拳运动干预结束后1个月内开展一对一半结构化访谈,最终纳入有效访谈样本28例.运用NVivo 14.0软件,采用主题分析法对资料进行分析,提炼主题并构建理论模型.结果 研究识别出影响StD老年人太极拳运动依从性的核心要素,可归纳为4个主题和11个亚主题:技能掌握、角色转化与行为内化归为"成功的内化证明";榜样示范、文化认同、群体动力归为"社会榜样与群体力量";教师指导、亲情鼓励、环境支持归为"可靠的外部支持";生理改善与心理改善则归为"身心健康的改善".上述4个维度分别对应自我效能理论中效能信息源——直接经验、替代经验、言语说服以及生理情绪状态,共同作用于运动依从性的提升.结论 通过调动直接经验、替代经验、言语说服及生理情绪状态4类自我效能信息源,可有效提升StD老年人太极拳训练运动依从性.在后续实践中,可围绕构建分级目标系统、营造群体运动氛围、增强运动参与意义感、强化运动监督与家庭支持、建立身心改善反馈机制等方面,进一步优化以自我效能为核心的运动干预策略.
Objective To explore the influencing factors of high exercise adherence to Tai Chi training among older adults with subthreshold depression(StD)based on self-efficacy theory,and to provide evidence for optimizing exercise rehabilitation pro-grams.Methods A qualitative study method was adopted.Using purposive sampling method,32 older adults with StD who were recruited from community settings in Fuzhou between July and December 2024,had participated in Tai Chi training,and demon-strated an exercise adherence rate above 80%were selected.Semi-structured one-on-one interviews were conducted within one month after completion of the Tai Chi intervention.A total of 28 valid interviews were included in the final analysis.Data were ana-lyzed using NVivo 14.0 software,applying thematic analysis to extract themes and construct a theoretical model.Results The study identified core elements influencing Tai Chi exercise adherence among older adults with StD,which were summarized into 4 themes and 11 subthemes:skill mastery,role transition,and behavioral internalization were categorized as"internalized proof of suc-cess";role modeling,cultural identification,and group dynamics were categorized as"social role models and group strength";instructor guidance,family encouragement,and environmental support were categorized as"reliable external support";physiological and psychological improvements were categorized as"physical and mental health improvements".These four themes corresponded to the sources of influence in self-efficacy theory—mastery experience,vicarious experience,verbal persuasion,and physiological/affective states.These dimensions collectively contributed to enhanced exercise adherence.Conclusion Leveraging the four sources of self-efficacy information—mastery experience,vicarious experience,verbal persuasion,and physiological/affective states can effectively enhance exercise adherence to Tai Chi training among older adults with StD.In future practice,exercise intervention strat-egies centered on self-efficacy can be further optimized by focusing on the following aspects:establishing a hierarchical goal-setting system,fostering a group-based exercise atmosphere,enhancing the sense of meaning in exercise participation,strengthening exer-cise supervision and family support,and implementing a feedback mechanism for physical and mental improvements.
