[目的]探明贵州芝麻种质资源的遗传多样性,为保存和利用芝麻种质资源提供参考依据.[方法]以贵州安顺、毕节、黔东南、黔南、铜仁和遵义的 70份芝麻种质为材料,利用 SRAP引物对植株叶片进行 PCR扩增,分析多态位点、Nei's基因多样性指数(H)、Shannon信息指数(I)等遗传参数.[结果]16对 SRAP引物组合对 70份芝麻种质共检测到 232个位点,其中多态性位点 116个.70份芝麻种质的 Nei's基因多样性指数(H)为0.288 1,Shannon信息指数(I)为0.448 2;遗传相似系数为0.422 4~0.827 6,均值0.636 4.根据地理来源将贵州 70份芝麻种质划分为 6个组群,Nei's基因多样性指数(H)为 0.160 7~0.296 6,Shannon信息指数(I)为 0.234 6~0.449 7,遗传一致度为 0.857 5~0.998 0,遗传距离为 0.002 0~0.153 7.UPGMA遗传聚类可在遗传相似系数为 0.63处将 70份芝麻种质分为 5个类群.[结论]贵州芝麻种质资源遗传多样性较丰富;遵义与黔南芝麻的遗传一致度最高,铜仁与安顺芝麻遗传一致度最低;遗传关系聚类结果与地理来源无必然联系.

[Objective]The genetic diversity of sesame germplasm resources was explored to provide a reference basis for preservation and utilization of sesame germplasm resources in Guizhou.[Method]The leaves of 70 sesame germplasm resources from Anshun,Bijie,Southeast Guizhou,South Guizhou,Tongren and Zunyi in Guizhou were amplified by PCR and using SRAP primers,and the genetic parameters of polymorphic loci,Nei's gene diversity index(H)and Shannon information index were analyzed.[Result]A total of 232 loci were detected in 70 sesame germplasm resources by using 16 pairs of SRAP primer combinations,and the polymorphic loci were 116.The Nei's gene diversity index(H)and Shannon information index(I)of 70 sesame germplasm resources was 0.288 1 and 0.448 2 respectively.The genetic similarity coefficient ranged from 0.422 4 to 0.827 6 with an average value of 0.636 4.70 sesame germplasm resources from Guizhou were divided into 6 groups according to the geographical origin.The Nei's gene diversity index(H),Shannon information index(I),genetic consistency and genetic distance were 0.160 7-0.296 6,0.234 6-0.449 7,0.857 5-0.998 0 and 0.002 0-0.153 7 respectively.70 sesame germplasm resources were divided into 5 groups when the genetic similarity coefficient was 0.63 based on UPGMA genetic clustering[Conclusion]The genetic diversity of sesame germplasm resources is relatively abundance in Guizhou.The genetic consistency of sesame germplasm resources in Zunyi and South Guizhou is the highest,but the genetic consistency of sesame germplasm resources in Tongren and Anshun is the lowest.The clustering results of genetic relationships have no necessary connection with geographical origin.
