[目的]探明贵州澳洲坚果种质资源的果实性状变异与遗传多样性,发掘优异种质资源,为澳洲坚果优异种质的创制、改良与选育提供参考.[方法]以贵州省内 49份澳洲坚果种质为研究对象,分析果实质量性状和数量性状的多样性,并进行综合评价.[结果]49份澳洲坚果种质果实 14个质量性状的变异系数为 17.46%(青皮果腹缝线)~56.11%(种脐侧面凹痕),遗传多样性指数(H′)为 0.27(珠孔)~1.35(壳果表面斑纹分布);12个数量性状的变异系数为 7.00%(出籽率)~24.02%(壳果鲜重),H′为1.77(壳果鲜重)~2.10(出籽率).聚类分析结果表明,在欧式距离为 12.2处将供试种质划分为 6个类群,类群Ⅰ~Ⅵ分别包含 3份、4份、3份、8份、11份和 20份种质.相关性分析表明,果皮厚度、壳果干重、果壳厚度和果仁干重直接影响果实鲜重、出籽率和出仁率等产量指标.主成分分析和综合评价结果表明,49份澳洲坚果种质 3个主成分(PC1~PC3)累计贡献率为 86.960%,综合得分为 0.273(GX002)~0.720(B113)分.[结论]贵州 49份澳洲坚果种质果实性状遗传变异丰富,B113、GX006、C11属于大果型种质,GX005、望谟1号、B20、A4、B3、南亚12号、B73出籽率和出仁率较高,可作为优良种质进行利用.

[Objective]The variation and genetic diversity in fruit traits of macadamia germplasm resources were investigated to explore excellent macadamia germplasm resources and provide a reference for creation,improvement and breeding of excellent macadamia germplasm resources in Guizhou.[Method]The diversity in fruit qualitative and quantitative traits of 49 macadamia germplasm resources in Guizhou was comprehensively evaluated.[Result]The variation coefficient(CV)and genetic diversity index(H′)of 14 fruit qualitative traits of 49 macadamia germplasm resources ranged from 17.46%(ventral suture of blue peel fruit)to 56.11%(hilum side pit)and from 0.27(micropyle)to 1.35(stripe distribution on shell fruit surface)respectively.The variation coefficient(CV)and genetic diversity index(H′)of 12 fruit quantitative traits of 49 macadamia germplasm resources ranged from 7.00%(seed emergence rate)to 24.02%(fresh shell fruit weight)and from 1.77(fresh shell fruit weight)to 2.10(seed emergence rate)separately.The cluster analysis showed that 49 macadamia germplasm resources were divide into 6 groups at a Euclidean distance of 12.2.GroupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ contained 3,4,3,8,11,and 20 macadamia germplasm resources respectively.The correlation analysis showed that the traits of peel thickness,dry shell fruit weight,shell thickness and dry kernel weight had the direction effects on yield indexes of fresh fruit weight,seed emergence rate and kernel rate.The PCA and comprehensive evaluation results showed that the accumulative contribution rate and comprehensive score of 3 principal components(PC1-PC3)were 86.96%,and 0.273(GX002)-0.720(B113)respectively.[Conclusion]There is abundant genetic variation in fruit traits among 49 macadamia germplasm resources in Guizhou.B113,GX006 and C11 germplasm resources belong to large-size fruit germplasm resources.GX005,Wangmo1,B20,A4,B3,Nanya 12 and B73 germplasm resources with higher seed emergence rate and kernel rate can be used as excellent germplasm resources for breeding of excellent macadamia varieties in Guizhou.
