人工智能时代教师伦理的内涵与实践路径OA
The Connotation and Practical Path of Teacher Ethics in the Era of Artificial Intelligence
人工智能时代的到来让教师伦理面临着一系列挑战.教师是落实立德树人根本任务的主体,必须在人工智能时代教育变革中发挥积极的道德引领作用,自觉践行人文关怀与教育责任.是故,亟需对人工智能时代教师伦理的内涵和实践路径开展系统性研究,以帮助教师在新的教育环境中找到道德指引,合伦地发挥人工智能在教育教学中的优势.通过对49 篇文献数据进行扎根编码发现,教师伦理的内涵由伦理认知、伦理态度及伦理能力三个核心维度构成.伦理认知涵盖了伦理知识、伦理意识、伦理动机3 个子维度,伦理态度涵盖了伦理认同、伦理关爱、伦理共情3 个子维度,而伦理能力涵盖了伦理识别力、伦理分析力、伦理决策力、伦理应用力、伦理想象力、伦理反思力、伦理评估力7 个子维度.最后,研究提出了人工智能时代推动教师伦理发展的三维实践路径:以立德树人为核心,树立伦理价值导向;以能力本位为驱动,建立伦理培养框架;以技术向善为引领,构建伦理实践指南.
The advent of the artificial intelligence era poses a series of challenges to the ethics of teaching.Teachers,as the main body responsible for the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and educating people,must play an active role in moral leadership during the educational transformation of the artificial intelligence era,consciously practicing humanistic care and educational responsibility.Therefore,it is urgent to conduct systematic research on the connota-tion and practical path of teacher ethics in the artificial intelligence era to help teachers find moral guidance in the new educational environment and properly leverage the advantages of artificial intelligence technology in education and teaching.Through grounded coding of 49 literature data,it was found that the connotation of teacher ethics is com-posed of three core dimensions:ethical cognition,ethical attitude,and ethical ability.Ethical cognition includes three sub-dimensions:ethical knowledge,ethical awareness,and ethical motivation.Ethical attitude encompasses three sub-dimensions:ethical identification,ethical care,and ethical empathy,while ethical ability covers seven sub-dimensions:ethical identification ability,ethical analysis ability,ethical decision-making ability,ethical appli-cation ability,ethical imagination ability,ethical reflection ability,and ethical evaluation ability.Finally,the re-search proposes a three-dimensional practical path to promote the development of teacher ethics in the artificial intelli-gence era:taking the cultivation of virtue and education as the core to establish ethical value orientation;driving with ability-based as the foundation to build an ethical training framework;and leading with technology for good to con-struct an ethical practice guide.
