数智时代中小学领导者育德能力的现实样态与培养机制建设OA
The Current State and Cultivation Mechanism of Moral Education Competence among Primary and Secondary School Leaders in the Digital-Intelligence Era
数智技术全面融入教育场域,推动中小学德育从经验驱动走向数据驱动、从线下单一走向虚实融合,对学校领导者育德能力提出了系统性转型的要求.本文采用文献分析、问卷调查、半结构访谈等方法,界定了数智时代中小学校领导者育德能力内涵与结构,通过实证调研,系统剖析其育德能力的现实样态与结构性短板及其可能的深层成因,在此基础上,构建培养体系,为提升中小学校领导者数字育德能力、推动德育高质量发展提供理论参考和实践方案.
The comprehensive integration of digital technology into the education field has driven moral education in primary and secondary schools from experience-driven to data-driven,and from offline to virtual-real integration,pla-cing systematic demands on the moral education ability of school leaders.This paper uses literature analysis,ques-tionnaire surveys,and semi-structured interviews to define the connotation and structure of moral education ability of primary and secondary school leaders in the digital age.Through empirical research,it systematically analyzes the re-ality and structural shortcomings of their moral education ability and their possible underlying causes.Based on this,a cultivation system is constructed to provide theoretical reference and practical solutions for improving the digital mor-al education ability of primary and secondary school leaders and promoting high-quality development of moral educa-tion.
