高职教师数字化教学能力测度及影响因素组态路径OA
Measurement of Digital Teaching Competency Among Higher Vocational Education Teachers and Configurational Paths of Its Influencing Factors
教育数字化转型背景下,提升高职教师数字化教学能力是培养高素质技术技能人才的关键.基于问卷与访谈数据,测度教师数字化教学能力的发展状态以及内部结构,并运用模糊集定性比较分析方法,从个体与环境两个维度探究各因素对高职教师数字化教学能力提升的组态效应.研究发现,构成高职教师数字化教学能力的五个维度,即信息数据素养、沟通协作、课程资源创建、数字安全及问题解决能力,其整体能力处于中等水平;高职教师在沟通协作与数字安全维度表现较好,而在课程资源创建、数据信息素养及问题解决能力等维度较为薄弱;高职教师数字化教学能力的形成是个体与环境交互作用产生的结果,具体呈现为自发生成型、团队合作支持型与环境驱动型三种组态路径.建议从优化数字化教学激励机制、增强教学创新团队协作合力以及夯实数字化教学资源建设三个方面着力,赋能教师数字化教学能力进阶.
Against the backdrop of educational digital transformation,enhancing the digital teaching capabilities of vo-cational college instructors is crucial for cultivating high-caliber technical and skilled professionals.Based on ques-tionnaire and interview data,this study measures the developmental status and internal structure of teachers'digital teaching competence.Employing fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA),it explores the configurational effects of various factors from both individual and environmental dimensions on the enhancement of teachers'digital teaching proficiency.The findings reveal that the overall competence of vocational college teachers across its five di-mensions,namely information and data literacy,communication and collaboration,curriculum resource creation,dig-ital security,and problem-solving,is at a medium level.Teachers perform relatively well in communication and col-laboration as well as digital security,but show weaknesses in curriculum resource creation,information and data liter-acy,and problem-solving.The formation of teachers'digital teaching competence results from the interaction between individual and environmental factors,manifesting specifically in three configurational paths:the Spontaneous Growth Type,the Team Collaboration Support Type,and the Environmentally Driven Type.It is recommended to focus on three key areas:optimizing the incentive mechanisms for digital teaching,strengthening collaborative synergy within teaching innovation teams,and consolidating the development of digital teaching resources,thereby empowering teachers to advance their digital teaching proficiency.
