中国特有的教育家精神,蕴含着丰富的思想政治教育价值.从生活世界视域着眼,将教育家精神融入师范生日常思政教育,具有价值维度、日常维度和系统维度的逻辑必然.当前,教育家精神融入师范生日常思政教育面临价值内化阻滞、生活世界区隔和系统建构失序三 重挑战.面向教育强国建设的师范类人才培养,亟需在价值引领层深化理论阐释、强化思政引领、升华价值感召,在生活嵌入层优化课程建设、重构第二课堂、深耕全域浸润,在系统赋能层实现科学评价、驭变数智技术、锻造共生图景,促使教育家精神成为师范生日常思政教育的特有标识,为助力培养新时代"大国良师"创设丰盈而有韧性的生活世界.

The Chinese spirit of educators contains rich ideological and political education values.From the perspec-tive of the life-world,integrating the spirit of educators into the daily ideological and political education of normal students is a logical necessity characterized by value,everydayness,and systematicity.Currently,integrating the spirit of educators into the daily ideological and political education of normal students faces three barriers:the block-age of value internalization,the segmentation of the life-world,and the disorder in system construction.To cultivate teachers for building a strong education system,it is imperative to deepen theoretical interpretation,strengthen ideo-logical and political guidance,enhance value appeal at the value-guidance level;to advance curriculum construction,reconstruct the second classroom,and achieve all-encompassing immersion at the life-embeddedness level;and to im-plement scientific evaluation,harness the potential of digital intelligence,and create a vision of symbiosis.This transforms the spirit of educators into a distinctive hallmark of daily ideological and political education for normal students,creating an abundant and resilient life-world that contributes to the cultivation of a new generation of"Ex-ceptional Educators for the Nation".
