腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术中保留子宫圆韧带在育龄期女性患者中的应用价值OA

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Keyhole method for preserving the uterine round ligament in laparo-scopic totally extraperitoneal hernia repair(TEP)for women of reproductive age with inguinal hernia.Methods:The clinical data of 45 female patients of reproductive age with inguinal hernia who underwent TEP from Nov.2020 to Dec.2024 were retrospectively analyzed.The round ligament of uterus was preserved using the Keyhole method during operation in all cases.Results:All procedures were com-pleted successfully.The total hospital stay was(5.0±1.6)d(range,3～9d).The operative time was(63.4±14.6)min(range,27～90 min)for unilateral hernia repair and(118.7±38.9)min(range,89～165 min)for bilateral hernia repair.The intraoperative blood loss was(7.3±0.8)mL,and the postoperative hospital stay was(2.0±0.5)d(range,l～3 d).There were no complications such as incision infection,seroma,sexual discomfort,chronic pain,or recurrence after surgery.As of Jun.2025,8 patients conceived successfully and delivered naturally.Conclusions:Preserving the uterine round ligament using the Keyhole method during TEP helps maintain phys-iological function in female patients and shows no significant impact on fertility.This technique is of clinical value and worthy of recom-mendation for women of reproductive age.
