Intelligent Substation Automated Modeling Method Based on Virtual Technology
智能变电站对自动化与智能化管理提出了更高要求.针对现有建模方法人工依赖程度高、异构模型适配性弱以及管理效率低等问题,提出了一种基于虚拟技术的自动化建模方法,构建了由物理感知、模型构建与智能应用组成的协同建模体系.通过图样参数化、标准元件库、自动组屏、测绘建模及一二次设备自动关联等关键技术,实现了一次、二次系统三维模型的快速构建与逻辑关联.在试点应用中,搭建了集成模型管理、三维可视化、状态监测和异常预警的数字孪生平台,有效提升了模型标准化与运维管理智能化水平,为变电站数字化运维提供了可行方案.
Intelligent substations have put forward higher requirements for automatic and intelligent management.This paper proposes an automated modeling method based on virtual technology to address the problems of high manual dependence,weak adaptability to heterogeneous models and low management efficiency in existing modeling methods.Meanwhile,a collaborative modeling system consisting of physical perception,model construction and intelligent applications is constructed.Through key technologies such as pattern parameterization,standard component library,automatic screen assembly,surveying and modeling,and automatic association of primary and secondary equipment,rapid construction and logical association of 3D models for primary and secondary systems are achieved.In the pilot application,a digital twin platform integrating model management,3D visualization,status monitoring and anomaly warning is built,effectively improving the standardization of models and the intelligence level of operation and maintenance management,providing feasible solutions for digital operation and maintenance of substations.
