护理学生同理心研究进展OA

Empathy is an important quality in the nursing profession,which directly affects the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction.This paper systematically reviews the research progress on empathy among nursing students at home and abroad in recent years,mainly including the concept of empathy,development and application of measurement tools,current research status of empathy,analysis of influencing factors,and achievements of innovative cultivation strategies in nursing education.The results show that although JSPE-NS and IRI are widely used in China,their cultural adaptability still needs to be optimized.Educational training,such as narrative education and case teaching,has shown great potential,but its long-term effects and clinical transformation remain to be verified.Through dialectical analysis of the limitations of the existing research,this paper proposes that cross-cultural research should be strengthened and educa-tional training models should be innovated in order to provide theoretical support for the practice of nursing education in the future.
