Hidden psychological crises,due to their strong concealment and high difficulty in identification,have become a key and diffi-cult point in mental health education in colleges and universities.Starting from the definition of the concept of psychological crisis,this paper clarifies the core characteristics of hidden psychological crisis among college students,establishes a classified observation index system,explores multi-dimensional identification methods,and constructs a full-process intervention model of"family,school,doctor and society"under the concept of positive psychology,aiming to provide practical paths for colleges and universities to identify,prevent and intervene in hidden psychological crisis in advance.Improve the mental health education system for college students.
